The Essence of Repeatable
- Date
- April, 2019
The purpose of this work is to look from the outside at the everyday actions that we face in the real world and their interpretation using digital technologies.
After the analysis of the anthropogenic urban environment within the framework of the project, it was decided to focus on the routine actions of a person unloading a wagon with parcels, as well as a seller in a spontaneous market. By tracking repeated actions, an algorithm was compiled in Grasshopper, the movement of a person was transferred to the trajectory of the Kuka robotic arm. The robot acts as a translator that reproduces movement from the external real world into automated mechanical movement, which is the starting point for constructing a self-organizing fictional environment.
