Starting from the point when the entire previous picture of the world is recognized as untenable and ineffective, a person goes through harmonization through a rethinking of the mode of action and relationship with the environment.

A person sees himself as a blurred silhouette, which is always in the background. The sound accompanying the movement is amplified in the moment of active action. As soon as you stop, you have more opportunities to look at yourself in the context of the situation. We evaluate each of our actions by the result. At the moment of action, we do not understand what drives us. When we are close to the consequences, we can already look at all our actions from the outside and more clearly understand our inner intentions.
